Greetings!

The Hollytree Homeowners’ board wishes you the best in 20010.   Hollytree is a great place to live, and it is obvious many agree as there is new construction and development surrounding our neighborhood. Several new families have joined us recently, and our hope is that you are inviting your neighbors to be a part of our organization. The dues remain at $50 for the entire year, which is quite a deal when you consider it includes your directory, five dinners/socials for two, and representation of the neighborhood on local issues.

 

  

The new year always brings change, and I am asking you to check your 2009 Hollytree Homeowners directory regarding your listed information. Perhaps your address or phone number needs to be updated or maybe I have misspelled your name—please let me know. I do my best to make the directory as accurate as possible, but I need your help! Please e-mail me at sharongu3@prodigy.net or call me at 903-581-6795. I look forward to hearing from you.
